Historia Positiva

POSITIVA se forma en Bilbao, en el 2002 a partir de la disolución de Subliminal y Gilah Monster, donde tocaban Julen (batería) y Txetxu (bajista) respectivamente. A ellos se unen Miguel (guitarra y voz, x-Bliss, x-Shisha Pangma) y Julio (guitarra y voz, x-Bliss) quienes completan la formación de la banda.

A mediados del 2004 graban su primera demo y comienzan a dar conciertos, en los cuales en 6 años han compartido escenario con grupos de la talla de Los Natas, Amon Ra, Nebula, Viaje a 800, The Sword, Eagles Of Death Metal, The Soulbreaker Company, Loan, Mother Superior, Year Long Disaster, Moho, The Last Vegas, The Atomic Bitchwax, Sexty Sexers, Warchetype, Lords Of Bukkake, Blood of the Sun, Valient Thorr o Motörhead...

En 2005 graban la segunda demo para probar los temas a introducir en su debut, "Centaur's Ride", editado en Enero 2007 por el sello independiente cántabro Odio Sonoro, el cual recibe excelente criticas.

A principios del 2008 Julen deja la banda para dedicar su tiempo completo a Rhino, dejando paso a Unai, que es el actual batería de Positiva y con quien han grabado su segundo larga duración, "Prodigal Songs" (Odio Sonoro 2009).

Positiva was formed in 2002 with the disolution of Subliminal and Gilah Monster, bands in which Julen (drums) and Txetxu (bass) played. Miguel (guitar and voices, ex-Bliss, ex-Shisha Pangma) and Julio (guitar and voices, ex-Bliss) complete the band formation. In 2004 they recorded their fist demo and started the shows, about 30 since there playing with bands like Los Natas, Amon Ra, Nebula, Viaje a 800, The Sword... also, they play in two editions of "Pop Rock Villa de Bilbao". In 2005 they recorded their second demo and in 2007 the first album "Centaur's Ride", edited by the indie label Odio Sonoro.
