Biography
Originally from Seattle, Brian Fennell mixes pop, indie and a litte bit of funk. His perfect voice and touching, smooth and authentic lyrics make his songs that much better. Brian's music is spirited and engaging, a fun mix of vintage pop and indie rock have fused together in Fennell's much anticipated release, "Safety Songs". The feel of the record ranges from upbeat and poppy, to slow and epic. From tasteful string arrangements and warm acoustics to driving piano and crunchy electrics, Safety Songs has something for virtually every listener.
Over the last several years, Brian has been playing all over the seattle area, mostly solo shows, but after recording his first full-length album, which you can order on CDbaby.com, Fennell joined with three of his close friends to form a band. After long waiting and hard decisions they are now Barcelona.
