History
Since forming in 2010, Missarioty has progressed form an acoustic duo to a lively four piece indie/alternative rock band. They pride themselves on being a band with strong roots and an original sound that they feel makes them unique to other surrounding bands.
Starting with Vocalist and Guitarist, Molly Edgar, and Lead Guitarist, Kristian Johnstone, gigging locally with two acoustic guitars, the band has progressed throughout the two years. Ryan Galea joined the band shortly after, bringing drums into the mix in order for us to transform our sound into the making of a band. After gigging with a previous bassist from 2011, Peter Schofield took over the role as Bassist at the start of 2012 and since has managed to push the boundaries of Missarioty to the next level. In less than a year of having their current line up, Missarioty achieved what the majority of bands from the local area would achieve in their music careers, sharing the stage with the likes of The King Blues and The Gallows, as well as performing at the same festival as the likes of Lower Than Atlantis and Zane Lowe.
