There are two bands called The Newports: 1) a punk band from Los Angeles founded in 2016; 2) a doo-wop band from New York active from the 1960s to today
1) The Newports are a female-fronted punk band founded in Los Angeles in 2016. Their first EP, titled That's Fine, was released in October 2017, and preceded by the single Off With My Head.
