Biography Blue Orion

Blue Orion is the mastery of pure analog voltage and smooth digital waveforms to create warm synthesis soundscapes. It is freeform and constructed music with mysterious undertones and an elemental presence that has transcended the harmonic spectrum since 2003.

Various types of synthesizers (analog, digital, soft-synth) are the primary means of composition during track conceptualization and production. This unique format infuses enduring synthesis with modern digital programming for a synth-laden repertoire.

In this poetic aether, artist Tony Merlino is both alchemist and composer. He has been exploring the melodic side of the synthetic spectrum this side of the Milky Way Galaxy for over a decade. Attracted to the synthesizer at an early age, uniquely crafted soundscapes soon came naturally to him. He takes influence from a wide range of electronic artists.
