History Histos

Histos is a grindcore band from Nová Paka, Czech Republic.

They self-released their promo EP Suture on November 30th, 2012.

Histos was formed in 1997 as a studio project of Pavel 'Scool' Prchlík. The project was cancelled after a short while in 1998. It has been forgotten for almost 15 years.

Histos was brought back to life in April, 2012, when Scool acquired Mates Klikihák on vocals and Daniel 'D.N.A.' Stopka on drums. This three-piece band composed three demo songs - Suture, Saw and Red X. In July, 2012 another member, Robert Hrnčíř, joined Histos on bass. The band continued in creating putrefaction music. Then in August, 2012 another vocalist, Joey Doubek, joined on vocals. The line-up has been completed.
