History Ashura

There are sereval bands with the name Ashura.

1) a French death/thrash band from Amiens. They recorded their first album at Walnut Groove Studio with Axel Wursthorn from Carnival In Coal. One member of the band also plays with death-metal band Drowning.

2) a pop-rock/pop-metal band from Chengdu.

3) a rapper.

4) Ashura is the name of a multicultural musical theatre play from Istanbul, Turkey reflecting various cultures of Anatolia. Soundtrack includes songs in Hebrew, Armenian, Arabic, Turkish, Zaza, Pontic, Greek, Gypsy language, Kurdish, Laz, Sephardic and Assyrian.
