Biografía Geezer Butler
Terence Geezer Butler es un bajista inglés nacido en Birmingham, el 17 de julio de 1949; célebre por haber formado parte de la banda de heavy metal británica Black Sabbath, a la cual puso su nombre definitivo.
En 1984 se aleja de Black Sabbath, formando la Geezer Butler Band, de escasa duración, para luego formar parte del proyecto solista de Ozzy Osbourne en los discos Just Say Ozzy y Ozzmosis. En el año 1992 vuelve a Black Sabbath para grabar Dehumanizer junto a Iommi, Dio y Appice y permanecer en la banda hasta el presente.
Posee una singular forma de ejecutar su instrumento, que ha sido de gran influencia para otros músicos de este estilo como Steve Harris de Iron Maiden.
Ha publicado tres discos en solitario en el grupo que se llama g/z/r o geezer: Plastic Planet en 1995, Black Science en 1997 y Ohmwork en 2005.
