Biography Jack Sundrud
Jack Sundrud is an American musician.
Sundrud grew up in northern Minnesota, and, in 1969, was a member of a country-rock band called Podipto.
He moved to Nashville in 1981 and worked as bassist/vocalist .
In 1985 he succeeded Jeff Steele as bass player with legendary country-rock band Poco.
In the early 90s Sundrud was singer, song-writer, & rhythm guitarist for Great Plains, a country-rock band on Columbia Records (and later on Magnatone Records.
In 2006 Sundrud did a short stint in the reformed Pure Prairie League.
These days he's back with Poco.
