Too $hort

Todd Anthony Shaw (born April 28, 1966), professionally known as Too $hort, is an influential American rapper and actor. Hailing from South Los Angeles, California, he is widely recognized as a foundational figure in the hip-hop scene of Oakland and the broader San Francisco Bay Area. Too $hort's music often embodies a persona associated with pimp culture, a style he helped popularize within hip-hop, alongside artists like Snoop Dogg, Ice-T, and Slick Rick.

His career began in 1983 with the release of his debut album, Don't Stop Rappin'. Since then, Too $hort has released a substantial catalog, with sixteen additional albums contributing to his extensive discography.
