David Bisbal Ferre is a prominent Spanish pop singer and Latin Grammy Award winner who rose to international prominence in the early 2000s. Born on June 5, 1979, in Almería, Spain, Bisbal first captured the public's attention as the runner-up in the inaugural season of the reality television music competition Operación Triunfo.
