Bad Bunny

Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, known professionally as Bad Bunny, is a Puerto Rican rapper and singer who has redefined the global music landscape. As a central figure in the rise of Latin trap and reggaeton, he played a pivotal role in bringing Spanish-language music to the forefront of the international mainstream. Between 2020 and 2022, he made history as the first non-English-language artist to be Spotify's most-streamed artist for three consecutive years.

Born on March 10, 1994, in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, Bad Bunny began his career by uploading music to SoundCloud while working at a grocery store. His 2016 breakout single "Diles" caught the attention of the label Hear This Music, marking the start of his rapid ascent. He soon became a household name through high-profile collaborations, including the Billboard Hot 100 number-one hit "I Like It" with Cardi B and J Balvin, and the Drake-assisted single "Mía."
