Sleep Theory

Sleep Theory emerged in 2020, quickly gaining recognition for their distinctive fusion of metal, R&B, and pop. This blend, characterized by everything from metalcore-inspired breakdowns to soulful bluesy grooves, all unified by a strong pop sensibility, has propelled the band to significant attention. Their debut single, "Another Way," has achieved over 1.5 million streams across platforms, marking a highly promising start for the group.

The band's genesis traces back to vocalist Cullen Moore, who, after retiring from the US Army, dedicated himself to pursuing a career in music. Initially conceived as a solo studio project in 2019, Moore's musical vision aimed to combine his passion for hard rock, funk, and R&B. The project evolved into a duo following a chance encounter with bassist Paolo Vergara, who had recently relocated from the Philippines. In 2023, Sleep Theory expanded into a full band with the addition of drummer Ben Pruitt and guitarist Daniel Pruitt, forming a cohesive unit.
