Hollywood Vampires is an American rock supergroup formed in 2015 by Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Joe Perry. The band was established to pay tribute to the music of rock stars who died from substance abuse during the 1970s. The group's name is a nod to The Hollywood Vampires, a 1970s celebrity drinking club founded by Alice Cooper, which counted Ringo Starr and Keith Moon among its members.
The band released their self-titled debut studio album, Hollywood Vampires, in 2015. This album featured guest contributions from notable musicians and actors, including Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, Joe Walsh, and Christopher Lee.
