Boys Noize Announces New Album 7LLVSION and World Tour

Album Details and 1+1+1 Single

The upcoming record, titled 7LLVSION, marks the first solo long-player from Boys Noize in five years. The Electronic music producer, also known as Alex Ridha, is scheduled to release the project on November 6. Ahead of the full release, he has debuted the album's lead single, "1+1+1," which features Dutch vocalist Zep (also referred to as ZEP). The track is described as a "dance genre-hopping ode to ever-expanding guest lists" and draws musical influence from EBM and new wave styles.

In addition to the contribution from Zep, 7LLVSION features a diverse lineup of guest appearances from several other artists. The confirmed tracklist includes collaborations with Brutalismus 3000, Taichu, Maya Alkhatari, and Abra. The album is currently available for fans to presave across various platforms.

International Tour and Performance Dates

The producer’s world tour begins this week on September 26. The trek starts in the United States with a performance as part of his Dog Blood project alongside Skrillex at the Portola festival in San Francisco. The tour will span multiple continents, including dates in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania, before concluding in Australia in early 2027.

Collaborations and Career Context

The timeline of the producer's previous solo work varies between reports. According to some sources, his last solo LP was Mayday, released in 2021, while other reports identify his most recent solo album as +/-, also released in 2021. The project Boys Noize was originally formed in 1982.

In the years since his last solo effort, Alex Ridha has been highly active as a collaborator. He recently worked with Nine Inch Nails following his appearance as a guest on the band's Peel It Back Tour. This partnership resulted in two celebrated Coachella sets and the remix album Nine Inch Noize. While some reports note this collaboration occurred earlier this year, others state the Nine Inch Noize album is slated for 2025.

Beyond his work with Nine Inch Nails, the producer has collaborated with high-profile artists such as Lady Gaga on the track "Rain on Me," as well as Bon Iver and A$AP Rocky.
