The (St. Thomas) Pepper Smelter

Peruvian late-60s-on psych band, heavily influenced by the Beatles, but with some excellent grooves beyond that.

Can be found on Love, Peace and Poetry South American comp.(with an awesome break!) as well as their own album Soul & Pepper.
