Reflection Eternal

Reflection Eternal is a hip-hop duo formed by MC Talib Kweli and DJ/Producer Hi-Tek. Their collaboration began in 1994 in Cincinnati, Hi-Tek's hometown, through his group Mood. The duo officially debuted under the Reflection Eternal name in 1997 with the single "Fortified Live," featuring Mos Def and Mr. Man.

While not a Reflection Eternal project, the 1998 album Mos Def & Talib Kweli are Black Star, released by Mos Def and Talib Kweli, featured numerous Hi-Tek productions. This album served as a significant breakthrough for all three artists involved.
